Vendsyssel Historiske Museum

Vendsyssel Historical Museum has several visitor sites in Hjørring Municipality. In Hjørring, you can experience changing exhibitions about the history of the region and the market town, archaeological finds, the history of capital punishment, and the period of occupation, or you can visit the cosy general store on selected opening days. During the summer season, you can also visit the museum garden, which includes a medicinal herb garden. The museum garden is recognised as a garden of particular national significance.
