Gift vouchers can be used as payment for all types of stays and at most of our restaurants which can be found here on our website.Please check the gift voucher atGíftvoucher.

You can book via Stays by phone or online. You can also book directly at the hotel. The gift voucher must be delivered upon arrival at the hotel

If you have a gift voucher for a specific experience such as "Hotel stay for 2" or "Dinner for 2", you can read more and see an overview of the hotels where the gift voucher can be used here. Keep in mind that you can always part-pay all types of stays with the value of your gift voucher.

1. Find the hotel you would like to book.

Under the individual gift vouchers you can see where your gift voucher can be used.

2. Book your stay at Stays or directly to the hotel.

If your gift voucher is a cash payment, you can make the reservation here on the website.

If your gift voucher is on an experience, call Stays on +45 70 80 65 00 (all weekdays 8.30am-4pm) or directly to the hotel. Remember to state that you want to pay with gift vouchers. Please note that there may occur surcharges and restrictions.

Note: If your gift voucher is "Lunch for 2" or "Dinner for 2", the booking can only be done directly at the hotel.

If you want to make your booking through other hotel search engines, you cannot use gift vouchers from Stays.

3. Deliver your gift voucher upon arrival at the hotel.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. You can see the validity period on your gift voucher at any time be entering your voucher number HERE.

Gift vouchers can be refunded throughout the validity period if the gift voucher is not used. You can get a refund where it was purchased and you must bring both the gift voucher and the receipt for your purchase.

Once you have found the gift voucher that you want, click on "Buy now" and a payment site will be opened.

1. Select delivery

You can choose whether you want the gift voucher sent by post, by e-mail or via SMS.

2. Choose your gift voucher

You have the opportunity to choose your own design on your gift voucher.

3. Approve your order

Here you will find a summary of your choices.

4. Fill in your information

You have to enter your own contact information (NOT the recipient's contact information). You can also choose whether the gift voucher should be sent directly to the recipient. This applies to print self- and SMS gift vouchers. All information is of course confidential and will only be used in connection with the ongoing purchase. Now click "Next".

Select payment method and complete payment. Once the payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail with a purchase receipt. The purchase receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided under "Your information". Remember to save the receipt for the entire period of validity.

1. Via GLS
If you choose delivery via GLS, you will receive the gift in attractive packaging, making it perfect for giving as a present. The surcharge for gift packaging and shipping to a parcel shop near you is DKK 50. We ship your order on the first business day following your purchase, and you should expect a delivery time of 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number from GLS so you can follow your order.

2. Email
If you choose to receive the gift card via email, you can either forward it or print it yourself. The gift card is attached as a print-friendly PDF. This delivery method is free, and you receive the email immediately (within 30 minutes)—so if you are running late, you can still get a gift sorted in time. Note that you can choose a unique design for your print-at-home gift card; this is free and allows you to include a personal message.

3. Buy locally
You can also purchase Stays gift cards at any of the inns and hotels, that are a part of Stays.
