Many hotels accept that you bring your dog. On the page Hotel offers, you can do a search and see which places allow you to bring your dog.
It is, however, important that you inform about this when making your hotel reservation. Therefore we recommend that you make your reservation via our customer service on tel.: +45 75 64 87 00. We are open on all workdays from 8.30AM-4.00PM.
Please note that most hotels charge a fixed amount per night or per stay for this service.
Most hotels have their own free parking spaces. You can find information about the individual hotel by searching for it in the search engine on the main page of this website. Check under facilities where you will find information about parking.
Arrival and departure times vary from hotel to hotel. Generally, however, you can arrive at 15.00. You will find information about arrival times here on this website under the individual hotel. Use the search engine on the main page of this website.
Departure times vary from hotel to hotel. Generally, however, departure is usually 11.00 at the latest. You will find information about departure times here on this website under the individual hotel. Use the search engine on the main page of this website.
Upon completing your hotel reservation, you will receive confirmation via e-mail – alternatively when booking over the telephone, you receive a reservation number.
You must pay at your hotel upon departure. However, when making a reservation, you must give your credit card number to guarantee your arrival. We will not withdraw any money from your credit card. You can of course pay with a Stays gift voucher.
You do not have to pay a deposit.
If your stay includes dinner in the restaurant, you do not have to do anything further. If this is not the case, however, we recommend that you make a reservation in the restaurant.
Generally, you can always cancel your reservation until 18.00 on the day before arrival. Cancellations can be made by tel.: +45 75 64 87 00.

If I am not able to travel, must I contact Stays or my individual hotel?
Generally, you can always cancel your reservation until 6.00PM on the day before arrival. Cancellations can be made here on this website or by tel.: +45 75 64 87 00.

When contacting Stays on the date of arrival, it will be up to the hotel to decide whether the booking can be cancelled or alternatively moved to another date.

If you book your stay via Stays, you are guaranteed a room with bath and toilet.
Stays gift cards can be used as payment in all inns, and hotels that are members of Stays - except for Partner Stays hotels. For a list, please see Booking or Hotel list. Stays gift cards can also be used with our worldwide partners which consist of more than 700 hotels.
Gift cards can be spent on both hotel stays and in restaurants.
The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. You can always see the time of validity on your gift card.
